SENIOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ANALSYST

Bayview Asset Management is seeking to hire a Senior Commercial Real Estate Analyst in the southeastern Wisconsin / northern Illinois area. Candidate may work from home or in executive style office space.

Responsibilities: Estimate value on improved or unimproved real property to determine value for purchase, sale, investment, or for other loan purposes; conduct portfolio due diligence; appraisal review; market research; and site inspections, to name a few. Must be versatile and be able to handle a wide range of commercial property types, small/large, simple/complex on a nationwide basis. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of seven to ten years experience in writing appraisal reports that conform to USPAP and FIRREA standards. Candidate must have a State Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license. COMMERCIAL APPRAISER

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER:
This is a direct hire opportunity for our client in the north shore area.  The client is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with their Certified General License and 3+ years experience with commercial (not residential) appraisal.  Candidate will be appraising complex industrial and commercial properties throughout North America, but will be based out of their north shore HQ.  30% travel annually is predicted potentially some international travel.  Candidate will be appraising real estate and buildings for the purpose of providing this information to the client for consideration of selling, auctioning or liquidation.
